We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to take on a dual role combining education and training with advanced clinical practice in our Community Treatment Teams (CTTs) to improve medicines optimisation, enhance patient safety and provide a patient-centred care via a clinical practitioner role within a community treatment team., You will:

Support the Lead Pharmacist for Research and Workforce Development in overseeing education and training across undergraduate, foundation, and post-registration programmes.

Manage rotational and multisector placements, ensuring quality and continuity.

Lead on the annual NHSE foundation year training plan submissions, deliver in-house and regional shared learning sessions, and support professional development for pharmacists, trainees, and pharmacy technicians.
