Advanced Paediatric Sleep Physiologist Band 7

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Highly Specialised Paediatric Sleep Physiologist to join the existing Paediatric Sleep and Respiratory Physiology team within West London Children's Healthcare (WLCH).

This specialist Band 7 role offers the opportunity to work within a growing and dynamic paediatric sleep and long-term ventilation service, supporting infants, children and young people with a wide range of complex sleep and respiratory conditions.

Based primarily at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, the role includes cross-site working across all WLCH hospitals, collaborating closely with Consultants, Clinical Scientists, Physiologists, Respiratory Nurse Specialists, Physiotherapists and wider multidisciplinary teams.

If you are committed to improving outcomes for children and young people and thrive in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, we would welcome your application., The post holder may lead a team and be responsible for providing an advanced standard of care to patients at Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust and within West London Children's Healthcare, which covers a multi-cultural and diverse population. The post holder may be required to supervise the work of other more junior staff and support workers. The post holder will assist the Clinical Lead in contributing to the planning, coordination, development and evaluation of the service. Together with other senior staff, you will act as a resource of specialist advice to the rest of the therapy service and other professions.
