Full Job Description
Do you want to make a difference to the lives of Children and Young People (CYP) and their families receiving palliative and end of life care?
Do you have the passion and drive to work collaboratively with system networks to deliver a high standard of care to CYP receiving palliative and end of life care? If so we would love to hear from you.
You will work closely with The Dougie Mac Children's Service, The Community Teams and UHNM to provide a holistic approach for children and their families to achieve a high standard of care to their patients.
You will be employed by UHNM and will work with Clinicians and the Directorate Management team in the delivery of a high quality Palliative and End of Life service. You will work closely with all System Network partners to achieve a high standard of care to their patients.
The post will require some flexibility and the ability to work some weekends, to meet the needs of CYP and their families (especially at the point of end of life).
