Are you ready to take the lead in shaping and developing Occupational Therapy services that empower people to achieve greater independence and meaningful recovery? Join Potters Bar Clinic as an Advanced OT Practitioner and play a pivotal role in leading Occupational Therapy provision across our Children and Young People's Mental Health Services (CYPMHS) and Adult Services. In this rewarding leadership role, you will manage and develop the Occupational Therapy Service, using evidence-based and person-centred approaches to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions that help service users build confidence, develop essential life skills and achieve greater independence. Working closely with multidisciplinary colleagues, you will ensure high-quality therapeutic support that promotes recovery, rehabilitation and positive outcomes. You will lead the delivery of individual and group interventions, oversee comprehensive assessments and treatment plans, and ensure that Occupational Therapy
services are responsive to the evolving needs of service users., As an Advanced OT Practitioner at Potters Bar Clinic, you will lead and shape Occupational Therapy services to support both Children and Young People's Mental Health Services (CYPMHS) and Adult Services. In this leadership role, you will manage the Occupational Therapy Service, using person-centred and evidence-based approaches to implement and evaluate interventions. By working closely with multidisciplinary colleagues, you will provide high-quality therapeutic support aimed at promoting recovery and rehabilitation. Your responsibilities will include leading individual and group interventions, overseeing assessments and treatment plans, and ensuring a responsive service. You will also support staff development, contributing to the overall growth and innovation within therapy services.
