Full Job Description
- Assess, diagnose and manage patients with acute and chronic conditions
- Prescribe independently within your scope of practice
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care
- Work closely with GPs, nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team
- Help develop and improve services across both practices
Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner / Advanced Clinical Practitioner Independent Prescriber Experience within primary care Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care Friendly, approachable and a strong team player
Lincolnshire Local Medical Committee is the statutory representative body for GPs and their Practices in Lincolnshire.
