employees and NHS partners., As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner at Operose Health, you'll play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive care for patients, from initial history taking to diagnosis and treatment. Your role will involve making safe clinical decisions, showcasing expert care and assessment skills, and collaborating with the general practice team to enhance patient care. You'll contribute to policy delivery and provide nurse leadership as needed. The ideal candidate should have primary care experience, NMC registration, and progress towards a non-medical prescriber qualification. A Minor injury and illness qualification is necessary, along with the ability to maintain high care standards. While a level 7 (MSc) Practitioner is preferred, those accredited or pursuing ACP status at MSc level may also be considered.
