patients, employees and NHS partners., As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner at The Potteries Surgery in Tilehurst, Reading, you will provide care for presenting patients from initial history taking to clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care. The role requires you to demonstrate safe clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice. Your responsibilities also involve working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patient needs, supporting policy and procedure delivery, and providing nurse leadership as required. You will play a crucial role in enhancing primary care delivery, striving to improve access, outcomes, and patient experience.
