Excellence We strive to do the best we can do and be the best we ca, The Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner role at Operose Health in Southend-on-Sea offers a permanent position with a salary of up to £60,000, depending on experience. As part of the Operose Health team, you will provide care, undertake initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care for patients. You must demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills within the general practice. You will work collaboratively with the general practice team, support the delivery of policy and procedures, and provide nurse leadership as required. The position demands experience in a Primary Care setting, NMC registered nurse status with advance clinical practice or working towards non-medical prescriber qualification, and minor injury and illness qualifications. Preferred candidates will have Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner status, although those with accreditation or a MSc course to ACP
status may be considered.
