Advanced Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our multidisciplinary team at The Mandeville Practice, Aylesbury, on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an autonomous clinician to play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within a busy and supportive GP practice.

The successful candidate will provide advanced clinical assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe independently where appropriate, and deliver evidence-based care to patients across all age groups. The role also includes supporting the management of long-term conditions, promoting health and wellbeing, contributing to disease prevention initiatives, and working collaboratively with GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of clinical care. The ANP will also contribute to service development and help enhance the quality and efficiency of patient care within the practice., As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will work autonomously within your scope of practice to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. Key responsibilities include managing acute and chronic conditions, conducting health assessments, running specialist clinics, prescribing medications, and promoting health and disease prevention. You will also contribute to clinical policy development, support safeguarding, and play an active role in clinical audits and service improvement across the practice.
