Full Job Description

You will work alongside a team of six ANPs providing high-quality care to patients within our large practice population. Our diverse patient demographic offers a varied and rewarding scope of practice. The duty GP is available throughout the day for clinical support when required.

We are looking for a motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team at Millwood Surgery. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a large, forward-thinking practice with a diverse patient population and strong GP support., You will provide advanced assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients, working autonomously with GP support. Applicants must be a registered healthcare professional (nurse and paramedic considered) with postgraduate-level training in advanced practice and ideally experience in a general practice setting. The role involves working across the four pillars of advanced practice clinical practice, leadership, education, and research contributing to patient care, service development, and professional growth.

Millwood Surgery is a well-established GP practice serving approximately 19,800 registered patients. Our multidisciplinary team includes 8 salaried GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, a dedicated pharmacy team, and an in-house home visiting team, supported by experienced nurses, healthcare assistants, and administrative staff. We also work closely with colleagues within our Primary Care Network (PCN), providing additional support from a wider multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. Appointments are typically 15 minutes for ACP team, with protected administration time built into the schedule. Double appointments are available for patients presenting with more than one condition., Norfolk Primary Care Ltd is a Community Interest Company. It was established to
