Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Conway Medical Centre and Church Street Surgery are seeking an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our clinical team as a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join two busy GP Surgeries in Leeds.

You would be working supporting our team of GPs carrying out acute care. The successful candidate will be proficient at managing minor ailments and acute conditions and will have excellent communication skills and good IT literacy., We are a friendly enthusiastic and hardworking team with opportunities and will provide support and development for anyone demonstrating capability, enthusiasm, commitment and strong work ethic., You would be working supporting our team of GPs carrying out acute care.The successful candidate will be proficient at managing minor ailments and acute conditions and will have excellent communication skills and good IT literacy. We would require you to have previous experience of working in accordance with the NMC Code and experience of working with patients, also be proficient in the use of System One.Responsibilities will include assessment, diagnosis and treatment of acute presentations and referring to other members of the primary and secondary health care team. Also, home visits are required as and when they are needed.,
