In this role, you will work autonomously while being part of a supportive multidisciplinary team. We are looking for someone to work part time with a minimum of 15 hours per week., You will play a key role in delivering expert clinical care including, minor illness, chronic disease management and health promotion while making a real difference to the health of our community.
