careers with us, aligning with the Trusts value of Best care by the best people., You should be an independent prescriber (or working towards) as the role has a focus on delivering pharmacist-led clinics and joint-clinics with doctors, offering patient focused and proactive care. The role has a focus on developing and using your clinical skills and knowledge to improve care through the delivery of efficient medicines optimisation to promote high quality care and reduce health inequalities. Applicants need to be able to work well both within the pharmacy and wider community mental health teams but also be able to practice autonomously, undertaking individual patient assessments and consultations as required. Experience of working within community mental health teams is desirable but not essential The base of your role will be either Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge or Waltham Forest, and the pharmacy base is at Goodmayes Hospital, Barley Lane, Ilford Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview, which will be conducted face-to-face at Goodmayes Hospital. If
