The Opportunity As an Advanced Grounds Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services across a range of sites while maintaining excellent standards of safety, productivity, and workmanship.

This role is ideal for a highly experienced and self-sufficient individual with strong grounds maintenance knowledge, leadership experience, and the ability to take ownership of day-to-day operations on site.,
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Team Leader within grounds maintenance
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Ability to drive company vehicles
- PA1 & PA6 spraying certificates desirable
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices The Person
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A can do attitude
- Experience operating a wide range of grounds maintenance machinery
