Full Job Description
Looking for Advanced Care Practitioners who have a background in unscheduled Emergency/Urgent Care, The Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) will use a high degree of autonomy and complex decision making alongside demonstrating the four pillars of practice, Clinical Practice, Leadership and Management, Education and Research in providing healthcare that enables innovative solutions to enhance experience and improve outcomes within their speciality area. The ACP is accountable for independent clinical assessment, examination, diagnosis, and treatment within an agreed scope of practice. In addition to this the ACP is also responsible for appropriately referring patients to relevant specialities for any necessary inpatient or outpatient investigations as well as facilitating safe patient discharge. This role covers a rotational shift pattern to include Days, Nights, weekends an bank holidays. The ACP is accountable for independent clinical assessment, examination, diagnosis, and treatment within an agreed scope of practice. In addition to this the ACP is also responsible for appropriately referring patients to relevant specialities for any necessary investigations as well as facilitating safe patient discharge.
