You will assess newly admitted patients, formulate diagnoses and management plans, request and interpret investigations, and deliver high-quality, patient-centred care that supports rehabilitation and recovery. Working autonomously within your scope of practice, you will manage complex clinical presentations and respond to acute health concerns that arise during a patient's inpatient stay. You will work closely with Consultant Geriatricians, specialist doctors, nursing teams, and therapists, contributing to ward rounds, multidisciplinary team meetings, and decision-making to ensure safe, effective, and coordinated care.
