Advanced Clinical Practitioner

The Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) will work within the Integrated Children with Additional Needs (ICAN) Service, providing high-level clinical expertise as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The role focuses on delivering child and family-centred, evidence-based care to children and young people with neurodisability, including autism and learning disabilities. Working across integrated locality hub teams, the ACP will contribute to improving outcomes, promoting inclusion, and supporting children and families to manage their health and wellbeing.
