Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Cardiac Physiologist to join our forward-thinking Cardiology team. The role encompasses CRM and catheter lab services, supporting a wide range of devices including pacemakers, CRTs, ICDs, S-ICDs, Micras, and conduction system pacing. The post holder will assist with complex implants, perform device follow-up, and contribute to service development. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating strong clinical, technical, and leadership skills while driving innovation and delivering high-quality patient care.
Applicants must please be accredited by the British Heart Rhythm Society (BHRS).

Main duties of the job

To provide clinical leadership in cardiac rhythm management service including remote monitoring services, working alongside other physiologist leads to ensure delivery of a quality clinical service.

The role involves supervision and training of junior members of the team, and wider training of other staff groups as required.

You will be expected to refresh and extend your own clinical skills and partake in service development and research within the trust.

Working over South Warwickshire NHS foundation trust, predominantly based at the Warwick site.
