As an Adult Support Care Worker, you will play a vital role in helping service users maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while receiving the highest standard of care.,

  • Follow personalised care plans and risk assessments
  • Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
  • Support with medication administration (training provided)
  • Assist with mobility and physical wellbeing
  • Prepare meals and support with feeding where required
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Carry out light domestic duties (cleaning, shopping, laundry)
  • Maintain accurate records and handover notes
  • Act appropriately and confidently in emergency situations

  • Minimum 6 months UK care experience
  • Availability to work 30-40 hours per week with flexibility
  • Access to transport (essential for travelling between services)
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Reliable, organised, and committed to high standards of care
  • Understanding of health & safety and safeguarding practices

    Competitive pay starting from £13.06 per hour
