As an Adult Support Care Worker, you will play a vital role in helping service users maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while receiving the highest standard of care.,
- Follow personalised care plans and risk assessments
- Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Support with medication administration (training provided)
- Assist with mobility and physical wellbeing
- Prepare meals and support with feeding where required
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Carry out light domestic duties (cleaning, shopping, laundry)
- Maintain accurate records and handover notes

- Minimum 6 months UK care experience
- Availability to work 30-40 hours per week with flexibility
- Access to transport (essential for travelling between services)
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Reliable, organised, and committed to high standards of care
- Understanding of health & safety and safeguarding practices
Competitive pay starting from £13.06 per hour - Flexible shifts (30-40 hours per week)
