Full Job Description

You will work within a well-established adult team delivering home visits, virtual and face-to-face clinics across a varied adult caseload. A focus of the role will be contributing to the delivery and development of the Nutrition Support Pathway.

The role also includes:

Group education sessions with patients, carers and families

Opportunities to develop your enteral feeding knowledge and skills

Development of health education resources

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly and supportive dietetic service, working in the Adult Clinical Community team. This is a new role and would suit a newly qualified Dietitian or a Dietitian with some experience who is looking to develop their community healthcare skills., Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
