About the Employer

ARMSCARE provides care home services to those in need. We have several care homes in and around the Kings Lynn area and West Norfolk region. All with a warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere.

What You'll Do

• Develop communication skills by engaging with clients, learning about their backgrounds, interests and individual care needs
• Learn to support personal care, including washing, dressing and promoting dignity and independence
• Build practical skills in preparing meals, assisting with eating and supporting safe medication routines under supervision
• Support clients to participate in physical, social and wellbeing activities as part of their care plan
• Be trained to carry out routine health checks such as weight, temperature and blood pressure monitoring
• Learn how to recognise and report any concerns about a client’s health or wellbeing to senior staff
• Develop confidence in maintaining accurate care records and updating individual care plans in line with guidance

Working Arrangements

Working Week: Shifts include daytime, evening and some weekends, and we work with you to create a rota that fits your lifestyle while supporting consistent, high‑quality care.
