Our Vision: Changing Lives through Education About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Admissions Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As a Admissions Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in attracting and enrolling prospective students, utilising your sales and communication skills to engage with potential students, guide them through the admissions process, and facilitate their transition to becoming enrolled students while providing exceptional customer service. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship! Responsibilities
- Track enquiries, applications, admissions data, and manage student recruitment pipelines.
- Utilise CRM systems to maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students.
- Utilise various communication channels, including phone calls, emails and virtual platforms, to engage with prospective students and nurture leads.
- Offer information, advice, and guidance on Student Finance and available financial support to address learning barriers.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives related to student recruitment and enrolment management as needed. Qualifications and Skills
- Sales Acumen: Identify the needs and goals of prospective students and recommend suitable programs.
- Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with prospective students through various channels including in-person interactions, phone calls, emails, and other platforms.
- Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students.
- Active Listening: Listen attentively to the needs and concerns of prospective students and respond with tailored solutions.
- Closing Skills: Guide prospective students through the enrollment process and overcome objections to secure commitments and enrollments.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage time and resources to prioritize tasks, follow up with leads, and meet recruitment goals.
- Goal Orientation: Set ambitious recruitment targets and work diligently to achieve or exceed them.
- Resilience and Persistence: Demonstrate resilience and persistence in the face of rejection or challenges.
- Program Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of GBS programs, including course content, admissions requirements, and career outcomes. Benefits
