Full Job Description
Yate Academy is looking to recruit an Admissions Officer to lead on admissions for Years 7 and 12, as well as all in-year admissions.,
- To oversee admissions for all students into Year 7 and Year 12.
- To oversee in-year admissions for all year groups.
- Ensure school student enrolment is conducted strictly in accordance with the Schools policies and standards.
- Be directly responsible for the entire admissions process end-to-end including but not limited to implementation of admissions strategy and events.
- Monitor emails regarding admissions and distribute as appropriate in an efficient and timely manner to ensure vital communication is maintained.
- Coordinate school tours/visits.
- Liaise with parents on admission enquiries and school placement status.
- Support and process student applications.
- Maintain a complete and accurate record of parent/student details into the school management system.
