Full Job Description

Your primary purpose will be to provide an exemplary customer facing service to promote a positive image of the service and to support the team daily clinical co-ordinator in management of referrals and patients' needs each day., The service operates from 8am to 8pm, 365 days a year and you will be expected to participate in a planned rota which includes weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
You will also be expected to:
· Provide a high standard of administrative support to all members of the service
· Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Microsoft applications
· Communicate effectively and clearly in person, on the telephone and in emails
· Prioritise your workload in line with service requirements
· Maintain a professional approach
+ Assist the administrative lead in the provision of the service as necessary
+ Comply with trust policy and procedures

We expect you will have excellent verbal and written skills, a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, accurate data inputting skills and an enthusiastic approach. Previous NHS or Social Care experience is essential.
