We are currently recruiting an Administrator to the Director of Music to work at Lingfield College, to start September 2026. The job involves working at our Senior School, assisting the Director of Music in the daily running and organisation of the department, in addition to the numerous concerts and exam series.

The role is a busy one requiring the ideal candidate to have strong administrative and organisational skills, an ability to multi-task and excellent computer digital skills, particularly with Office 365. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a professional approach to work and be able to remain calm under pressure. Experience of working in a similar role in a school environment would be an advantage but is not essential.

Salary: Competitive starting salary, which can be discussed at interview.

This is a permanent role, working 21 hours a week, term time only, plus one week outside of term time.

Closing date: Applications should arrive no later than 9am, Friday 15 May 2026 and interviews are planned for week commencing 18 May 2026.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.

We value diversity and welcome applications from all backgrounds. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all staff and pupils.
