Administrator - Supply Chain - Telford

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator - Supply Chain to join our Procurement Team. The Administrator - Supply Chain Supply Chain will support the Planning team with all administrational duties for our wine business Your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing production paperwork and maintaining production records
• Receipting bulk wine on to IPL system
• Monthly HMRC stock movement declaration
• Monthly bulk wine duty reconciliation
• Setting up future production jobs on IPL system
• Processing and checking all Third Party Invoices
• Raising and receipting expense Purchase Orders on IPL system
• Running and circulating reports to stakeholders as required
• Declaring pallet movements on to CHEP pallet system
  
  Competent in MS Office applications
• Previous experience of working in a production or logistics environment would be advantageous
• Flexible approach to workload and tasks
• Keen eye for detail
• Experience of working to deadlines
• Resourceful nature with logical approach to solving problems
• Excellent communication skills
