The Role:To support the respective teams within Recruitment, Marketing and Communications to provide overarching administrative, financial and logistical support to the relevant team and assist with the organisation and delivery of the imperatives of the relevant team. The post holder is required to ensure any goods and services are purchased efficiently and provide good value. The role holder will promote good practice with the University's policy and processes.
There is flexibility within the RMC for hybrid working. For successful candidates working full-time hours, it may be possible to agree up to two days per week working from home. We are also able to consider school-hour working patterns and reduced hours.

Salary Information:New appointments will routinely be made to the entry spine point (minimum) for the advertised grade, from where the individual will (in addition to receiving annual cost-of-living-related increases) progress through the pay range to the maximum for the grade, within a reasonable timeframe. This ensures fairness, consistency and transparency in our pay structures. A higher starting salary or market supplement may be available for a truly exceptional candidate when circumstances fully justify a departure from our normal policy.
