Full Job Description

The Administrator/Receptionist for VIA Merton is the 'first face of the service', providing a warm and professional welcome for service users, professionals and our local partners and stakeholders.

The post-holder will be able to demonstrate a non-judgemental attitude and an ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds. With strong IT and communication skills, they will be able to manage a busy reception and switchboard and support the service with taking and processing referrals and assessments, correspondence and invoices. This is not just a job - you'll help people rebuild their lives, reconnect with their family and friends, return to work or education, and much more. We're looking for individuals with compassion, good communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
