Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator - receptionist to join our friendly front-of-house team based at Foxrush House in Redcar, supporting the Redcar & Cleveland Community Mental Health Service., Reception duties include greeting service users, carers, staff and visitors and answering queries via telephone and email. The ability to remain calm and communicate clearly is essential as well as promoting a positive culture for people living with mental health issues and/or neuro diverse conditions.
The successful candidate will be expected to perform admin tasks, update calendars, appointment letters, maintain visitor logs, issue access cards, deal with incoming and outgoing post and calls, photocopying, scanning and ensure that all information in the reception area for staff and public is clearly displayed and updated as appropriate.
