Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen to recruit a Directorate Administrator & Project Support to join the Gloucestershire Hospitals Foundation Trust's Improvement & delivery Team.

Reporting to the Strategic Programme Manager the role is to provide administrative and project support to the directorate team and the number of projects the directorate is delivering., The post holder will provide high-quality administrative and project support across a range of projects delivered by the Directorate, working under the direction and guidance of the Improvement and Delivery Programme and Project Managers, as well as using their own initiative.

As part of the Improvement and Delivery function, the role holder will work closely with Operational Directors, Clinical Leads, General Managers and senior colleagues across the Trust and the Integrated Care System (ICS) to ensure programmes and projects deliver agreed outputs and outcomes on time.

The post holder will coordinate progress reporting, support the management and scheduling of meetings for several strategic projects and programmes, and ensure effective communication between project teams and partner organisations. They will act as the first point of contact for enquiries from end users, ensuring a professional and responsive service.
