Full Job Description
Join our Single Point of Access (SPOA) team and help improve access to vital community health services across Manchester and Trafford.
We are looking for proactive and efficient SPOA Administrators to support the delivery of timely, accurate, and compassionate referral and appointment bookings management.As the first point of contact for referrers and service users, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless access to community health services., You will work across neighbourhood and nursing services, AHP-led and specialist services, and urgent care services within Manchester and Trafford. The role includes following established SPOA and Local Care Organisation (LCO) referral pathways, liaising with clinicians, patients, carers, and a wide range of stakeholders, and ensuring all referrals are managed efficiently from receipt to appointment booking.
Proven administrative experience in a healthcare or customer service environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and make decisions within defined procedures
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in using IT systems and managing digital workflows, Disability Confident
