Full Job Description
We invite applications to join our Living Well/Neighbourhood Mental Health Teams across Manchester. Living Well is a service co-designed with people who have lived experience, created to bridge the gap between primary and secondary mental health services. Working alongside GMMH and VCSE organisations, we provide support that is trauma-informed, holistic, person-led and rooted in the community. The post holder will provide a confidential and efficient administrative service to the Living Well Team. This includes managing incoming referrals, sending appointment letters, handling all telephone enquiries, and ensuring information is passed on promptly and accurately. You will play a central role in supporting the smooth running of the service.,
- Our administrators are often the first voice a service user hears so it isessential that you are able to offer a warm welcome and calm presence.
- Provide admin support to the Living Well team in relation tocorrespondence with service users and entering data on our clinicalsystems.
- Supporting the team with rotas and room bookings.
- Dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail: processing, distributingand responding as appropriate.
- Supporting the team to make onward referrals.
- Supporting the team with recording outcome measure data.
- Co-ordinate and facilitate the dissemination of information to and fromthe team.
- Producing minutes from various meeting as required
- Logging referrals as per the requirements of the team.
