Full Job Description
- Be the friendly, efficient first point of contact for all L&D queries
- Promote upcoming courses
- Coordinate bookings, Trainers, venues, and resources
- Manage learning records and track attendance and completions
Administrative experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organisational skills, with a passion for getting things right
- Experience delivering high standards of customer service
