Administrator / Inventory Controller

The role itself will involve some of the following daily activities:

• Combine general administrative duties with precise stock control to ensure smooth warehouse and office operations.
• Core Goal: Maintain accurate inventory records, prevent stock shortages or excesses, and keep administrative processes organised.
• Department: Operations, Logistics., Inventory Control
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments to monitor real-time stock levels.
• Perform routine cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
• Reconcile physical stock counts with the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Investigate and fix any stock discrepancies, errors, or damaged items.
Administration
• Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and handle shipping documents (like Proof of Delivery).
• Maintain digital filing systems, logs, and up-to-date vendor records.
• Generate daily, weekly, or monthly inventory and performance reports using Excel.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery delays or back orders.
  
  Experience: 1 to 2 years in an administrative, stock control, or warehouse logistics role.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data entry, and using inventory software or ERP systems.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, and clear communication.
