We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Administrative Assistant to join the busy and inclusive Apprenticeships and Adult Learning team. The successful applicant will have excellent administration & communications skills, they will work closely with the Programme Leads, Assessors, Apprentices and employers building strong relationships. They must be able to manage their own priorities and work with a high level of attention to detail, helping to ensure that the College meets its quality standards in the administration of apprenticeships and adult learning, through supporting Programme Leads to effectively comply with national funding regulations and the quality requirements of external bodies, such as Awarding Organisations and Ofsted.

· Salary: Support staff salary spine point 5-8, £24,191 -£25,330 FTE (actual salary £14,383-£15,061)

· Hours: 22hrs per week.

· Contract: Permanent, part time, all year round.
