Full Job Description
The role will be covering Reception duties, including evenings (6pm finishes) and weekends, and pulling case notes from across the Trust, to support an extremely busy Gastroenterology and Endoscopy Unit., An opportunity has arisen to join the Gastroenterology & Endoscopy Department based at Victoria Hospital.
You will be motivated, enthusiastic, have good communication skills and work well within a team. The maintenance of patient confidentiality and excellent customer care skills are essential to this post.
Duties will include the retrieval of Health Record Folders, updating patient's details in their Health Record Folder and on the Trust's PAS system, and Reception duties, to include prepping case notes for procedures and clinics and covering Reception duties, checking-in patients for procedures and outpatient clinics.
Qualifications: 3 GCSE passes at level C or equivalent (to include English). ECDL qualification is desirable.
