  • Can handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Is proactive, flexible and able to prioritise tasks while remaining calm under pressure.
  • Is committed to safeguarding, professionalism and achieving the best outcomes for young people.
  • Brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop within the role.

We are committed to creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where every student feels valued, supported and encouraged to achieve their full potential.

Our tailored curriculum combines National Curriculum learning with a strong focus on emotional wellbeing, resilience, communication and independence. At Bluebank School, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive. We celebrate individuality, build confidence and empower students to overcome challenges, recognise their strengths and achieve meaningful success. Guided by our ethos that everybody is somebody, we work together to ensure every young person feels respected, included and ready for their future. At Outcomes First Schools, we provide specialist education for learners who need a deeper level of understanding, expertise and support than mainstream education can typically offer. We support students with a wide range of complex, co-occurring and neurodivergent needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and communication needs, dyslexia and experiences of trauma or adversity. We are proud to be a part of OFG Education who in 2025 were officially certified as a 'Great Place to Work' for the sixth year running.

We place students and vulnerable young adults at the heart of everything we do, so every day brings the satisfaction of making a real difference.
