We have an exciting opportunity for a Administrator to join our Administration team at HMP YOI Werrington, a Young Offenders Prison located in Staffordshire. HMP Werrington is a Young Offenders Institution (YOI) for boys and young men between the ages of 15 - 18. We re recruiting for a part time administrator to support with the soon running of the healthcare team. Hours Monday - Friday 0900 - 1445, As an Administrator your responsibilities will vary. You will

  • Contribute to the delivery of administration services, to the healthcare team on site
  • Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Working on SystmOne
  • Booking appointments.
  • Dealing with referrals.
  • Registering patients with Gp's on release.
  • Organising gate passes for visitors
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Other general admin duties

    This position is part time youll receive an annual salary up to; Part time (pro rata salary) - Up to £28.574 per annum Full time (Full time equivalent salary) - Up to £20,001 per annum How will we support you?
