Full Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Service Delivery Assistant to join our Safe Horizons Triage Team. You will play a vital role in processing referrals, managing enquiries from partner agencies and providing high-quality administrative support to help ensure victims receive timely access to services. This role is full-time, based in London, with hybrid working arrangements available. Occasional travel across London may be required to attend meetings, training and service delivery activities., As a Service Delivery Assistant - Triage, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Safe Horizons Triage Team. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing referrals and enquiries received through the service inbox, maintaining accurate records and acting as a key administrative contact for partner agencies.,

  • Monitor the Safe Horizons inbox and process referrals, enquiries and correspondence within agreed timescales.
  • Act as a first point of contact for partner agencies and stakeholders, responding to routine enquiries and directing requests appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate records on case management systems and databases.
  • Liaise with partner agencies and internal teams to obtain information required to support referral processing.
  • Prepare routine reports, correspondence and service information as requested.
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, document preparation and meeting administration.
  • Ensure confidential and sensitive information is handled securely and in accordance with GDPR and organisational policies.

    Ideally, you will have experience working within a domestic abuse, safeguarding, victim support or criminal justice environment and have an understanding of domestic abuse, violence against women and girls, and multi-agency working arrangements such as MARAC.
  • You will need:
  • Experience of providing administrative support within a busy environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Experience of maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and database systems.
  • An understanding of confidentiality, GDPR and information-sharing requirements.
  • The ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands effectively.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality support in a sensitive and professional manner.
