At Turning Point, we support people across the UK with substance misuse issues. Your administration skills will make a real difference to the lives of people we work with. As an Administrator with the Drug and Alcohol Wellbeing service (DAWS), you will provide wide-ranging administrative support to our diverse team of wellbeing workers, clinical staff and management so that they can focus on delivering person-centred services that enable our service users to achieve their potential., You will be the face of DAWS, meeting and greeting service users F2F/virtually and ensuring all telephone calls are dealt with efficiently and professionally. You'll support the team by processing referrals, booking assessment appointments for clients, answering calls, maintaining accurate records on our client database and helping us to continually improve our performance. Offering plenty of variety, this rewarding role will also involve minute taking, auditing, client contact and manging front door mailbox.

We're looking for a confident communicator who can prioritise a changing workload, welcome service users and provide high quality administrative support. Comfortable talking to service users, you should be customer focused with the ability to maintain confidentiality, gather management information and meet deadlines under pressure. You must be a superb organiser and supportive team player with keen attention to detail, impressive administration skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel spreadsheets.
