Administrator

As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our hospital. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing patient records and ensuring they are up to date
• Handling incoming calls and queries from patients and staff
• Assisting with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Supporting the administrative needs of different departments within the hospital, Located at 801 London Road, our hospital is easily accessible and provides a great working environment for our staff. As an Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team who are committed to providing the highest standard of care to our patients.
  
  We are currently looking for a dedicated and organised Administrator to join our team at Spire St Anthony's Hospital in Cheam, Sutton, Surrey. This is a temporary position with the start date of 25/09/2026 and end date of 25/09/2026., If you are a proactive individual with strong organisational skills and a passion for helping others, then this role could be perfect for you. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential.
  
  The shift for this role will start at 06:30 AM and end at 14:30 PM. The payment rate for each shift is £87.20.
