Full Job Description

We are excited to recruit a Band 3 Administrator to support our CAMHS Getting Help and Mental Health Support Team East Berkshire. The role is full time (37.5hours per week) Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm., Administrators are key to our Trust, supporting our service users and clinicians.In this varied and rewarding role, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service by managing referrals, responding to telephone and email enquiries, maintaining accurate records and providing administrative support to the wider team, including Senior Administrators and the Business Support Manager.,

  • You will support the effective operation of the CAMHS Getting Help and Mental Health Support Team. Providing the required administrative support to ensure that clinical services are delivered efficiently, and children, young people and families receive a seamless and timely service.
  • Working as part of the administrative team to ensure the referrals process is carried out in an accurate and timely manner. You will answer emails and telephone calls, following up actions where required.
  • You will liaise effectively and professionally with all levels of staff, external organisations, and the public, dealing with confidential information in an appropriate manner.
  • You will need to be experienced in taking minutes at meetings, diary management and confident in using the full Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • You will also be required to work on your own initiative and demonstrate a willingness to help others as a key member of the team.
  • The ability to build effective relationships, with a flexible approach to work is essential.
  • You will be expected to be able to prioritise work and meet deadlines in order to fulfil the requirements of the post.
  • Carry out day-to-day organisation of systems to ensure the smooth running of the administration team.
