Larksfield and Arlesey Medical Partnership is seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a varied role that provides essential administrative support across the practice, helping to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of services and supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. Working closely with the management team, clinicians and colleagues, you will contribute to a range of administrative functions while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality and excellent customer service, he successful candidate will support safeguarding administration, manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, maintain safeguarding registers and action logs, and respond to administrative queries. The role also includes supporting the Rota Manager with clinician rota coordination, maintaining accurate records and clinical rotas, producing reports and documentation, and assisting with governance, quality improvement and CQC compliance activities. You may also provide administrative support to the reception and secretarial teams during periods of operational demand.
