years; living through how we treat our employees and our customers.Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who, alongside the key criteria below, will sign up to our values of Trust, Respect, Involve, Challenge and Deliver Excellence and will be determined to maintain the confidence of our clients and communities.Key responsibilities:Provide local administrative support/assistance to all managersMaintaining central calendars, organizing meetings, providing supporting documentation and if required taking and distributing minutesTo process all incoming and outgoing correspondenceGeneral office e-filing and photocopyingCollect and provide information to the Human Resources team i.e. immigration audits, new employee paperworkCollate and input Health and Safety information audits, risk assessments, monthly reports and accident/incident reportsOperate an efficient monitoring system on information regarding procurement / supply chainKey requirements:Excellent organizational skills, with
