Administrator

As an Administrator at Spire Little Aston Hospital, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the hospital. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Managing and updating patient records
• Responding to patient inquiries via phone and email
• Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
• Coordinating with other healthcare professionals within the hospital
• Ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies
  
  Your role as an Administrator is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hospital. You will be the first point of contact for many patients and visitors, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
In addition to administrative tasks, you may also be required to handle general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Attention to detail and organizational skills are key in this aspect of the role.

This is a temporary position with a single shift on 12/08/2026 from 08:00 to 16:00. The payment rate for this shift is £87.20. While this role is temporary, there may be opportunities for future shifts based on performance and availability.
