Welcome to Spire Little Aston Hospital! As a Temporary Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the hospital. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be crucial in ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Reporting to the administrative team, your responsibilities will include:
1. Data Entry: Inputting patient information, updating records, and maintaining databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
2. Scheduling: Assisting with the coordination of appointments, meetings, and events to help keep the hospital running smoothly.
3. Communication: Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence in a professional and timely manner to ensure effective communication within the hospital.
4. Filing and Documentation: Organising and maintaining physical and electronic files to ensure easy access to important documents when needed.
5. Administrative Support: Assisting colleagues with various administrative tasks to help meet deadlines and achieve departmental goals.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. You should have strong communication skills and be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
