Anglia Case Management is registered with the Care Quality Commission as a Domiciliary Care and Rehabilitation provider and is regularly inspected by the CQC; we have been judged to be Outstanding since 2017!We have a wonderful opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic Administrator to join our friendly and supportive Team based in Newmarket, Suffolk. We are pleased to offer an opportunity for the role of Administrator within our Case Management service ACM. This is a key administrative role within a specialist service supporting individuals with complex needs. The post holder will play an important role in ensuring the smooth coordination of client services through high-quality administrative and organisational support. What you'll be working:
- Working full time, 37.5hrs per week
- Office based in Newmarket, Suffolk
- Reporting to - Brand Director Salary - Up to £28-30k depending on experience What you'll be doing: Some of the key roles and responsibilities are: Provide accurate and efficient administrative support, including preparing reports, correspondence and client documentation Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including calls and emailsMaintain diaries, arrange meetings and coordinate schedulesEnsure all client records and filing systems are accurate and compliant with confidentiality requirements Support database and record management (including spreadsheets and systems)Process sensitive information in line with data protection policiesWork collaboratively with colleagues to support effective service deliveryContribute to process improvements and administrative efficiencies across the service Adherence to all Group policies and procedures and ensuring that all colleagues in the service are aware of and understand company policies. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and support colleagues in understanding and following them.
At least 2 years' experience in an administrative or office-based role Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalHigh attention to detail and accuracyConfidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and databases Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyAbility to work independently, use initiative, and take ownership of tasks to achieve objectives. A proactive, flexible, and team-focused approachExperience managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload effectively in a fast-paced setting.
