Full Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for a dedicated, highly organised administrator to join our Employer Engagement, Work Experience, Projects & Funding Administration team at our Deeside campus. If you have recent administrative experience in a busy office environment, then we would love to hear from you! What will you do
- Provide administrative support to management staff and to related departmental activities and objectives.
- Complete a range of office-related duties to collaborate with colleagues to ensure coordination of the administrative support service within the department on a day-to-day basis.
- Working flexibly and as part of a team, you will organise and administer various activities to contribute to, maintain, and develop appropriate office administration and information systems.
- Support internal and external customers as appropriate and liaise with college staff and external organisations regarding appropriate matters relating to the business area., Roles are normally advertised with a salary range. If you are offered a role at the college, relevant experience will be taken into consideration to determine your starting salary.
NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration, or equivalent - 4 GCSE's or equivalent (including English and Maths) at Grade D or above
- Well developed ICT skills and experience using MS Office and Google
- Recent administrative experience in a busy office environment
- Can cooperate with other work team members and work without supervision
- Can communicate with others confidently and assertively, both orally and in writing
- Hold excellent time management skills and be able to plan your own workload Welsh skills are desirable for this specific post.
