Surrey and Borders NHS Foundation Trustisproud to provide a well-respected and high quality perinatal mental health service which is dedicated to promoting and improving the provision and access to specialist mental health services for new and expectant mothers. We have an established team ofadministratorsand we are now looking to expand and recruit a dedicated and hardworking person to join this exceptional team., You will be working within the Perinatal Mental Health Team which is part of our Trust's commitment to deliver excellent and responsive assessment, treatment, and care for people during pregnancy and in the first 12 months after giving birth, who experience serious mental health difficulties.

You willlead the provision of administrative duties to the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the smooth running of the service.

The role ispredominantly administration, working with all members of the Perinatal Mental Health Team.You will need topossessgood telephone skills, excellent communication skills, be IT literate, be able to take confidential minutes and be able to multi-task.All members of the team are highly valued and see good administrative staff as vital to ensuring the women and families we support to receive an excellent service.

The successful candidate will work in theEastTeam basedat Horizon House in Epsom. The multi-disciplinary team includes a range of mental health professionals, alongside experienced nurserynursesand peer support workers.You will be joining a friendly and supportive team with further training opportunities along with regular supervision and opportunity for career progression.

The ability to travel across Surrey is essential.
