Full Job Description

Location: Solihull (office will be moving to Central Birmingham in Summer 2026) - Hybrid working available, with travel to the office required.Hours: 37.5 per week

This is a predominantly office-based role providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth running of operations. You'll work closely with and primarily support the Construction & Engineering Director, whilst also providing support to the wider Safety, Health & Environment teams, helping to coordinate activities, manage information, and maintain efficient processes across both functions.

What will you be responsible for?

As an Administrator, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering excellent administrative support and coordination. Your day to day will include:

-Managing incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence

-Maintaining and updating records, filing systems, and databases

-Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

-Preparing documents, reports, and presentations

-Supporting managers and teams with day-to-day administrative tasks

You're computer literate and comfortable using various systems

-You're self-motivated and organised, able to manage multiple tasks

-You can meet deadlines and work well under pressure

-You communicate clearly and build positive working relationships
